Privacy Policy

We collect personal information in one place only: the enquiry and consultation form on this website. That form asks for your name, email address and phone number, and for details about your project such as the address of the unit, the type of business and the approximate size. You choose what to put in it.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment card numbers, government identification or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

To reply to you, to prepare for a consultation, and to carry out work you ask us to do. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not use it to advertise to you elsewhere.

This website counts page views so we can see which pages are read. That count is kept on our own server and is not shared with anyone.

We may also use third-party measurement tools such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. Where those tools set cookies, they load only after you agree, and you can decline without losing access to anything on the site. These tools are used to understand how the site is used in aggregate, not to identify individual visitors.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to an ongoing or possible project, and project records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for business and tax purposes. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your information is handled by us. Where a project requires it, we may share the details necessary with consultants working on that project, or with a municipality as part of a permit application — and only what that step actually needs.

We use ordinary service providers to run the business, such as email and website hosting. They hold information only in order to provide that service.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
